Does my son need to be in Utah?
No. The 12-week plan is fully remote and runs through the Bridge Training App. Athletes across the country use it — all you need is a place to throw and access to a phone or tablet.
What equipment does he need?
A throwing partner and standard baseball equipment. Some exercises use resistance bands or light dumbbells. Nothing specialized or expensive is required.
How does he access the program?
After purchase, Jordan will reach out within 48 hours to gather some basic information about where your son is in his development. An optional pitching video is welcome at this stage — it helps Jordan identify the right drill package and any pre-throw correctives specific to your son's mechanics. Once the intake is complete your son will be added to the Bridge Training App and ready to get started. The app is free and runs on any smartphone.
Is this right for a pitcher who already has a coach?
Yes. The 12-week plan works alongside existing coaching. It fills the structure gap — the daily throwing program, arm care, and corrective work that most pitchers don't have a clear plan for.
